General Terms & Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the website www.myrazonit.se.

 

2. Conclusion of Contract

By submitting an order on the website www.myrazonit.se, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase soil improvement products. The contract is concluded when Myrazonit Sweden AB accepts the customer's order by sending an order confirmation via email or by other means.

 

3. Prices and Payment

All prices on the website are stated in SEK including VAT. Payment can be made by advance payment, credit card, or invoice. Delivery of goods takes place only after full payment has been received.

 

4. Delivery

Delivery is carried out within 3 days by a carrier selected by Myrazonit Sweden AB. The usual delivery time is 5–7 working days. Longer delivery times may occur if delivery is to an address outside Sweden.

 

5. Retention of Title

Delivered goods remain the property of Myrazonit Sweden AB until full payment of the purchase price has been made.

 

6. Warranty and Liability

Myrazonit Sweden AB assumes no liability for damages caused by incorrect use of soil improvement products. Statutory warranty provisions apply.

 

7. Returns

Since soil improvement products expire after 6 months, returns are not possible.

 

8. Data Protection

The protection of customers’ personal data is taken seriously by us. More information about data protection can be found in our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Amendments to the GTC

Myrazonit Sweden AB reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time. If this happens, we are legally obliged to notify you in advance. The amended GTC apply to all orders placed after the change.

 

10. Final Provisions

Swedish law applies. If individual provisions of these GTC are or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. For all disputes arising from this agreement, the Halmstad District Court has jurisdiction.
